Return policy

We offer returns for store credit ONLY!

HOW TO RETURN: Purchases made on Facebook, Instagram, and this website must be mailed back to us within 14 days of receiving. Package must include original packing slip. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging (if any). In addition to the previous, items must be SMOKE FREE.
  • Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
  • Sale items, markdowns, items purchased with a coupon code, jewelry, bralettes, grab bags, and accessories are FINAL SALE.

  • Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or mailer bag to avoid damage from shipping. 
  • Items returned outside of our 14 day return policy or items returned that do not meet the above qualifications will not be accepted, and your account will not be credited.
  • Once your return is received and accepted, we will process a credit to your account within 3 business days. 

* If you feel you have recieved a defective or damaged item, it must be reported via email within 3 days of receiving.
